Vietnamese Coffee
Vietnamese coffee, influenced by the French, is slowly brewed through a small drip pot for a very strong, aromatic coffee. The coffee is mixed with sweetened condensed milk for a delightful, rich coffee served iced or hot.
Bubble Tea
Bubble Tea is a drink that originated in Taiwan when tapioca pearls were introduced into various tea-based drinks. The drinks were usually cool and refreshing, with the chewy tapioca pearls eaten along with the drink. The pearls are soft and gummy, and the use of large straws allow the pearls to be sucked up when drinking the tea.
Today, bubble teas come in many varieties of both drinks and pearls. Chez Trinh offers a selection of fruit smoothie bubble teas that are blended with ice. The currrent flavors offered are Kiwi, Honeydew, Taro, Strawberry, Mango, Black Tea, and Lychee.
